We’ve got a wide network of suppliers and will do everything we can to find what you’re looking for.

Our state of the art warehouse and stock-management system ensures that if your products are in stock and you order before 4pm, we can ship your order out on the same business day. (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). And if your order total is more than £200, standard delivery is free.

If an item you require is currently out of stock, just get in touch with us, and our team will advise you on when we expect the products to be available again. We can also suggest a possible alternative item.

Our dedicated and expert team are on hand every day (Monday – Friday) from 8:00am until 5.00pm to help with any questions you have about our products and their uses.

As the leading supplier of temporary protection materials, we can negotiate the best deals in the market and give you even better rates for larger volumes.

We process all orders immediately after confirmation, so you’ll need to contact us as soon as possible to prevent your order being processed and despatched.

As well as our standard delivery, we have a range of other options you might want to take advantage of:

– Next working day delivery
– Saturday 9am – 12 noon
– Collection from our central distribution centre in Chesterfield

Please note, that special deliveries will incur an additional delivery charge.

All large orders that are delivered on pallets require offloading at their delivery destination by forklift or pallet truck. Please contact us on 0800 834 704 before placing your order for more information.

If you live or work outside of the UK mainland, we can arrange delivery for you. We have years of experience shipping internationally, and would be more than happy to help you find the right arrangements for your order.

We’ve got a range of international delivery options, so just send us an email or call us on 0800 834 704 to discuss your requirements.

For Scotland (outside major cities) and any offshore deliveries, please contact us on 0800 834 704 for express delivery options.

Should any goods be faulty or damaged or if any items are missing, please report any problems within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery, otherwise we may not be able to issue credit.

If your order is missing in transit, you will receive an immediate refund or replacement on an express delivery service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to return or exchange goods, contact us at enquiries@protection.co.uk or call us on 0800 834 704 within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Please note:

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of the original delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

2. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, we will be able to advise of any charges this incurs.

3. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

4. Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
