Protec has had a long-term relationship with Macmillan Cancer Support raising money to support their vital services through a series of team fundraising events.
Our latest venture was a fun filled Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning at Protec HQ. A cake bake, a raffle, team lunch and a very competitive Protec Play Your Cards right, hosted by our CEO James Harrison doing his very best Bruce Forsyth impression, helped us raise a fantastic £300 which has been generously rounded up to a £1000 donation by Protec.
As the Macmillan team commented “Every £1,000 we spend on our phone service could lead to our welfare rights advisers on our Macmillan Support Line helping people affected by cancer to claim £30,550 in benefits they are entitled to. Protec you are the icing on the cake!”
